nice place to stay in kailua-kona, if compared to other hotels. loved a kitchen. not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot.

Good value and excellent location. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. For tea or coffee visit island lava java nearby. We had a room with ocean views.

We truly enjoyed this hotel's facilities and staff. The bed was comfy, there was a sunny balcony. It is very close to the good beach. We dined out at Huggo's Restaurant, set easy walk to the venue...

We greatly enjoyed the resort and its excellent style. A short walk to attractions, including coconut grove marketplace. From our room we could see the ocean. That hotel was in a GOOD location.
